When it comes to movies, there are so many of them that sometimes we can’t decide which one to watch. In this article I’ll try and give you somewhat of an advice when it comes to upcoming movies.
Every month there are a lot of new movies coming out. Some of them are higher and some of them are lower production quality. But nevertheless, we should at least give a chance to some of those that are not mainstream or starring famous actors and actresses.
Here is the list of the Top 10 movies from different genres for the following month according to the Movie Insider.
#10 Sweet Water
The movie Sweet Water revolves around an American exhibition basketball team, The Harlem Globetrotters. Starring Everret Osborne as the team’s biggest star, this sports drama directed by Martin GuiGui, tells the story about one of the America’s most famous non-professional basketball teams.
#9 Paint
This movie paints the picture of the Carl Nargle’s life as a host of Vermont’s no.1 television painting show. This comedy by Britt McAdams shows us how Carl’s life is about to change when the show producers hire a younger and a better artist…
#8 The Interpreter
Also known as the Guy Ritchie’s The Covenant, this action filled movie follows US soldier, Sergent John Kinley as he returns to the battlefield to save his inprisoned interpreter.
#7 Praise This
In this teen comedy the young and ambitious girl Sam, portrayed by Chloe Bailey, wants to break into the music industry at almost any cost. But she wants it so bad that her father, (Philip Fornah) decides that her disares might take her in the wrong direction. Because of that, he does something that makes his daughter very, very unhappy.
#6 The Journey: A Music Special
Directors Gaetano Morbioli & Paolo Sodi made this musical documentary about spouses Bocelli and their travel through Italy. Andrea & Veronica are following Via Francigena, the ancinet pilgrim route to the Holy Land. To make this movie even more romantic, the spouses are traveling through Italy riding a horse.
#5 The Pope’s Exorcist
This horror/thriller revolves around Father Gabriele Amorth portrayed by Russel Crow. Father Gabriel preformed over 100,000 exorcisms while serving The Vatican and now he is facing a new threat. This blood-freezing piece was directed by Julius Avery.
#4 Big George Foreman
As the title suggests, this sports biography is about one of the most famous boxers of all time, George Foreman. 33-years old Khris Davis will be portrating this famous boxer, under the bat of director George Tillman Junior. This movie will be shoving the life and the career of Big George Foreman.
#3 Renfield
For many years he has been serving his master, but today Dracula’s servant Renfield decided to walk out of his master’s shadow. Director Chris McKay, in his horror screening of Bram Stoker’s book, brings us two Nicholases in the leading roles. The Oscar winner Nicholas Cage and a X-Men ‘Beast’ Nicholas Hoult.
#2 Peter Pan & Wendy
Usually, we would get a movie adaptation of J. M. Barrie’s novel from the main charachter’s perspective. This time, it’s different. Director David Lowery decided to show us the Netherland adventure from the perspective of Peter’s (girl)friend, Wendy.
#1 The Super Mario Bros
Here we are, at the final level of this Top 10 list. Title explains everything, everyone’s favourite video game/movie plumber, in another adventure with his fatefull companyons. Directors Aaron Horvath and Michale Jelenic did a very good job at picking the crew for this movie; Chris Pratt as Mario, Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Jack Black as Bowser and many others.
